Meet our staff:

Started in 1991 by Mark Benedict who had relocated to the Twin Cities after managing his family's appliance business in Eau Claire Wisconsin for over 20 years. Over the next 20 years Mark built Appliance Care to become the reputable company it is today.

In 2009 Mark hired Chris Carlson as his first employee. Chris trained under Mark's meticulous eye for many years before taking over as owner in 2014.

Today Chris along with two full time Service Technicians and one part time Office Manager continue to be the top rated household appliance repair, refrigerator repair, and washer dryer repair company in Minneapolis.
